Did you know there are actually five seasons?
That’s right, spring, summer, fall, winter and Victoria Theatre’s Broadway Season!
The latter being my favorite.
And if you haven’t heard, the 2014-2015 Premier Health Broadway Series is in a word, AWESOME!
First up is the wonderful ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ on stage October 21-26, 2014.
‘Smokey Joe’s Cafe featuring The Coasters’ premiers November 11-23, 2014 with ‘Flashdance’ ringing in the new year January 20-25, 2015.
The new musical hit, ‘Nice Work If You Can Get It’ opens for business February 10-15, 2015.
‘Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike’ comes to town March 10-22, 2015. It’s from and award-winning playwright Christopher Durang who has created a witty and incisive new farce for our modern hyperconnected world.
Newsday says, ‘One of the funniest comedies Broadway has seen in seasons!’
Wrapping up June 9-14, 2015 is ‘Peter and the Starcatcher.’
But wait, as they say on TV, there’s MORE…
As part of the ‘Star Attractions’ series coming February 28-March 1, 2015 the crowd pleasing ‘Stomp’ hits the stage followed by ‘Wicked’ April 29-May 17, 2015 and hilarious Broadway smash ‘The Book of Mormon’ August 18-23, 2015 plus much, much more.
Don’t forget the ‘PNC Family Series’ for kids of all ages and of course dinner and drinks before the show at the wonderful ‘Citilites’ inside the Schuster’s Wintergarden.
Does life truly get any better here in the Miami Valley?
And if I may be so bold, yours truly will be recording your comments during intermission at the Broadway shows and posting our ‘Buch Back on the Beat’ videos on the Victoria’s Facebook page.
Who knows, you may see your friends, neighbors or maybe even yourself.
Don’t wait, get your tickets now by going to www.ticketcenterstage.com or calling (937) 228-3630.
The Broadway season is here!
Ain’t life grand!
