Memorial Day is far more than a three-day holiday weekend heralding the beginning of summer. It's a time to remember and honor the men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom and our country. 

Dayton, as home to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is a proud military town and an apropos place to celebrate our country's fallen. The Dayton Convention &Visitors Bureau has great pride for our veterans and active duty members.  Destination Dayton is privileged and honored to have the opportunity to host numerous military reunions each year.
