Overview

On September 15, 2017, after nearly 20 years in space, NASA's Cassini spacecraft will plunge into Saturn’s atmosphere, sending back new and unique science to the very end. Find out what has been discovered about the planet, its rings, and moons during the 13 years Cassini has been orbiting Saturn.

Weather permitting, live observing will continue throughout the evening in the Apollo Observatory.
