Smoke, Sizzle & Sounds Festival & BBQ Contest

The City of Trotwood will host our Annual Smoke, Sizzle & Sounds Family Fest & Vendor Fair on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and we’d LOVE to have you join us! The Smoke, Sizzle & Sounds will feature live music and entertainment, food trucks, business vendors, bounce houses, a BBQ Competition featuring cash prizes, and more!

Amateur barbecue aficionados will be vying for prize money in pork ribs and chicken categories! Entry for the chicken and pork ribs categories is $50 total; contestants have the opportunity to win cash prizes of $500 (1st place), $250 (2nd place), and $175 (3rd place). There is a limit of 15 teams for this year’s event. Kansas City rules/regulations will be used for judging the contestants. Want to prove your BBQ is the best???
