Overview

In July, August, and September, the Asahel Wright Museum located at 26 N. Main Street in Centerville will be open to the public from 11 - 2 on Saturdays. Visitors will be able to visit the original stone portion of the building which dates to 1806. The property was once owned by the great uncle of the Wright brothers. Guests can also visit a one-room replica schoolhouse and this year’s special exhibit, “Love is in the Air: A Sense of Bridal History.”  These unique summer hours are made possible by Centerville-Washington History members and volunteers so that more people may experience our rich local history. Weekday hours remain 12-4p Tuesday
