Housed in the city's oldest African-American Baptist church, the Dayton cultural and RTA Center has become one of Dayton's major sources for cultural and arts programs. The center holds regular after-school programs, camps, and multicultural programs to enrich the local community. Gallery: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and additional hours during special events. Free, with donations accepted.
