Founded in 2016, Jollity was conceptualized by three industry professionals who wanted to apply the skillset they were taught with the food they dreamt of. After years of training, travel, and planning Jollity opened in Dayton, OH in 2021. Inspired by food, drink, people, and the experiences that helped shape them; with the help of local farmers and artisans Jollity aims to create eclectic hospitality for all to celebrate.
