The former power generating plant is a newly renovated event venue versatile for any size group or occasion. The interior is an open floor plan with iconic arched windows, 30-foot high ceilings, exposed beams and brick and hand-crafted two-story built-in bar. Additional features include soft furniture groupings, state of the art sound system, accent lighting, an onsite catering prep kitchen, a luxury VIP suite with a balcony overlooking the Grand Hall, and much more. The ambiance is a perfect mix of old-world charm with modern sensibilities! The Grand Hall – Breathtakingly beautiful, The Grand Hall can accommodate 350 seated guests or 500 person reception. But smaller groups won’t feel lost either! Using the existing soft furniture allows for intimate conversation areas and breaks up the space providing a cozy atmosphere. The Boiler Room – Just off The Grand Hall is the lower level Boiler Room.
