• Seats up to 150 - pricing include chiavari chairs, banquet tables & basic white linens (premium rate only).
• We welcome your decorations. Bring your own food and beverages (including your own alcohol).
• Small kitchenette area available.
• ALL vendors are welcome.
• Heating & air conditioned facility.
• Large rolling trash cans and on-site dumpster. Janitorial supplies provided for your clean up at the end of your event.
