- DescriptionMain Event Center Our main building is climate controlled for year round comfort and can accommodate up to 3,000 patrons. Exhibit Hall Our second building is also a climate controlled venue. The building is designed to be used without air conditioning, with large roll up doors and large fans for great ventilation and air circulation. The Exhibit Hall can accommodate 2,000 guests. Indoor Facility Our climate controlled indoor facility at 580 Calumet Lane, with meeting rooms and 5,000 sq. ft auditorium, can comfortably accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Fairground Events Our facilities are perfect for a wide array of large and small events, and are used regularly to accommodate the Montgomery County Fair, and other monthly events such as a Gun and Knife show.
